This is the dish for our weekend/week! Perfect for the big game but even better for the Rossing's contribution to the meal train for our good friends Bridget and William who are settling into life as a family of 4 now! Congrats to the both of you and we cannot wait until we have a chance to meet your newest member. SO...Back to the Chili....
....Phil and I have made this several times and I am all about it. Coming in at only 337 Cals a serving I have never found a recipe that is this simple, this good, and this healthy ALL AT THE SAME TIME! We serve ours with some cheddar cheese over top and a dollop of sour cream. I treat myself to to Parmesan Focaccia every now and then too and as my mother would say "its a taste sensation".... If you are watching your calories (like I am these days) lighten up on the extra or skip them completely...trust me it will still be good
